Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman is a television series that aired for four seasons from 1993-1997 on ABC. Starring Teri Hatcher and Dean Cain in the title roles, the show picks up 27 years after the baby Kal-El is adopted after the crash landing of his spaceship outside of Smallville, Kansas. His new parents name him Clark Kent, and he grows up to be Superman. The series focuses on Lois and Clark's relationship, as well as Clark's adventures as Superman.
